then join us for our Natural Retreat Days for Mental Health Carers

These bi-monthly days will be designed around your needs and will offer a chance to spend time in nature, in a group, with other Carers, experiencing the wellbeing effects of nature connection and getting a break away from the stresses of the City and everyday life.  You will have the chance to choose from a range of activities such as wild art, conservation work, food foraging and cooking, mindfulness and gentle meditation exercises, guided walks, shepherding, and craft / green woodworking activities.

Activities will take place at Saddlescombe Farm and a range of other beautiful locations in and around the South Downs.

Drinks, lunch and minibus transport from central Brighton will be provided.
