Our Natural Wellbeing days offer the same wonderful nature connection opportunities at the weekend to people who have less time during the week.    

Our programme of days over the year will be led by our wonderful team of highly skilled nature and wellbeing enthusiasts and will offer a range of different ways to connect with nature to improve your wellbeing.

In safe supported groups we’ll be trying out some skills-based activities such as whittling, natural navigation, and natural string-making as well as more mindful activities such as silent nature walks, sky-gazing, and forest bathing.

At the end of our first Enjoy Nature With All Your Senses day people wanted more! So we're very happy to offer another day of inspiring mindfulness in nature at Stanmer Park on 28th September. Relax and connect in with your natural surroundings through a range of exercises designed to heighten sensory awareness, create a sense of wonder and delight, and provide lasting health benefits.
