The Natural Wellbeing weekend Course offers the same wonderful nature connection opportunities as our weekday Seasons to people who have other commitments like work during the week.
The course is led by Jo, Grow co-founder and Director and supported by our wonderful project workers and volunteers. It's an experiential course exploring what nourishes and restores us; it will help you to feel invigorated, rested and inspired.
You'll learn to develop resilience, relaxation and mindfulness and feel a greater sense of wellbeing and connection.
You'll get to take part in a range of activities including skills-based activities such as whittling, natural navigation, making string with more mindful activities such as silent nature walks, sky-gazing, and forest bathing.
We’ll be running 2 courses this year running on either Saturdays or Sundays at Saddlescombe Farm, near Brighton:
One starting on Saturday 25th May and (nearly) alternate Saturdays until 27th July.
The second will take place every Sunday from 29th Sept to 27th Oct.
The first and last days of each course will be full days and the middle three will be half days.
The course costs £155 but we are offering an early bird discount of £125, if you book before 1st May for the first course and 1st August for the second. If this feels like too much for you but you’d still like to attend we will have 2 concessionary places of £75 on each course.
