Our Natural Wellbeing days offer the same wonderful nature connection opportunities at the weekend to people who have less time during the week.
Our programme of days over the year will be led by our wonderful team of highly skilled nature and wellbeing enthusiasts and will offer a range of different ways to connect with nature to improve your wellbeing.
In safe supported groups we’ll be trying out some skills-based activities such as whittling, natural navigation, making string as well as more mindful activities such as silent nature walks, sky-gazing, and forest bathing.
The first session will be Enjoy nature with all your senses! on Saturday 27th July from 10am-4pm based at Saddlescombe Farm. 27th July 2019 and will be run by Julie Wright and Luke Williams.
Bring your senses alive & experience nature anew.
Relax and connect to the beautiful surroundings at Saddlescombe through a range of exercises designed to heighten sensory awareness, create a sense of wonder and delight, and provide lasting health benefits.
On this playful and creative session you will deepen your sense of connectedness through exercises which explore nature using all the senses.
The cost for the day is just £55 and we will offer 2 concessionary places to Grow community members of £35.
