The Natural Wellbeing Course is run at weekends offering the same wonderful nature connection opportunities as our weekday Seasons to people who have other commitments like work during the week.
The course is led by Jo, Grow co-founder and Director and supported by our wonderful project workers and volunteers. It's an experiential course exploring what nourishes and restores us; it will help you to feel invigorated, rested and inspired.
You'll learn to develop resilience, relaxation and mindfulness and feel a greater sense of wellbeing.
You'll get to take part in a range of activities chosen by the group including things like nature walks, mindfulness, foraging, sky-gazing, whittling in a friendly and caring group.
We’ll be running 2 courses this year running on either Saturdays or Sundays at Saddlescombe Farm, near Brighton:
One starting on Saturday 25th May running on (nearly) alternate Saturdays until 27th July.
The second will run every Sunday from 29th Sept to 27th Oct.
The first and last days of each course will be full days and the middle three will be half days.
The course costs £155 but we are offering an early bird discount of £125, if you book before 1st May for the first course and 1st August for the second. If this feels like too much for you but you’d still like to attend we will have 2 concessionary places of £75 on each course.
