Our Natural Wellbeing days offer the same wonderful nature connection opportunities at the weekend to people who have less time during the week.

Our programme of days over the year will be led by our wonderful team of highly skilled nature and wellbeing enthusiasts and will offer a range of different ways to connect with nature to improve your wellbeing.

In safe supported groups we’ll be trying out some skills-based activities such as whittling, natural navigation, and natural string-making as well as more mindful activities such as silent nature walks, sky-gazing, and forest bathing.

The first session will be Enjoy nature with all your senses! on Saturday 27th July from 10am-4pm based at Saddlescombe Farm and will be run by Julie Wright and Luke Williams.

Bring your senses alive & experience nature anew.

Relax and connect to the beautiful surroundings at Saddlescombe through a range of exercises designed to heighten sensory awareness, create a sense of wonder and delight, and provide lasting health benefits.

On this playful and creative session you will deepen your sense of connectedness through exercises which explore nature using all the senses.

The cost for the day is just £55 and we will offer 2 concessionary places to Grow community members of £35.

Please feel free to contact us if you would like more information about the course, or fill in the registration form here and return to us at info@growingwellbeing.org.uk
